Andrew has responsibility for Debt funding and Origination. Prior to joining GrowthFactor, Andrew developed the funding program for Assetsecure, after returning from three years in New York as a senior underwriter for bond insurer Build America Mutual. In NY, Andrew was responsible for underwriting and originating for a broad segment of infrastructure transactions throughout the US.
From 2001 to 2012, Andrew ran the Australian/New Zealand operations of bond insurer, Financial Security Assurance (Assured Guaranty), guaranteeing and placing over $10 billion of Asset Backed and Infrastructure bonds into the domestic capital markets.
He was also CFO of a leading Australian non-bank lender and responsible for its mortgage backed securitization program after establishing the original securitization program for Adelaide Bank. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA Accounting from The University of South Australia.

James’ responsibilities include creating and planning the strategic direction of the Growth Factor group of companies as well as the sourcing of new business. James also builds and maintains client and investor relations.
James has held senior management and industry leadership roles at UFJ Group, Westpac Group and CBA and is highly regarded in the banking industry for the ability to create a bespoke lending solutions which correctly align with the borrower’s aspirations.

Brian is responsible for overseeing client relations as well as directing operations in accordance with the Growth Factor group’s strategic plans. Brian leads the product management processes as well as day to day management of budget preparation and financial reporting processes.
Brian has worked in Corporate Banking in a variety of roles across the industry at many of Australia’s largest banks, including ANZ, St George and CBA.

Paul has extensive experience in portfolio management and credit risk with expertise in the specialist areas including Importers / Exporters, Wholesalers, Manufacturing, Health, Retail, Property Investment and Construction.
Paul has extensive experience in large complex working capital solutions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, leverage and syndicated lending.
Paul joined St. George Bank - Victoria in 2003 as Head of Corporate Credit Risk and then moved on to take up a lead national role, leading St George Bank’s Manufacturing & Wholesale Division.
In 2008 Paul then assumed the role of Head of Corporate Banking Victoria until 2011 when he moved in to the role of Chief Credit Officer for Bank of Melbourne.
Prior to joining St. George, Paul headed up the Victorian credit risk approval team for Westpac Banking Corporation covering corporate/middle market business banking and agribusiness.
Kathy Johnson is the co-founder and Executive Director of Growth Factor Property. Kathy’s day to day activities include working collaboratively with her clients to uncover their optimal achievable solutions when it comes to purchasing or developing their properties, matching them with the best options for them in the market, and closely managing the process from approval, drawdown, and on an ongoing basis.
Having worked for over 20 years in banking with two Big 4 banks and a major Melbourne private lender, Kathy’s achievements include obtaining approval for and managing a number of Melbourne CBD high rise residential tower construction loans, backing a Management Buy Out team on the successful acquisition of a publicly listed Queensland resort, acting as subject matter expert on retirement villages, hotels and resorts, working with a wide variety of investors and developers, as well as winning many awards for excellence in customer service.

Jabin Henderson is the co-founder and Executive Director of Growth Factory Property. He has in excess of 20 years experience in structured real estate funding and direct property transactions within Australia and the USA. Jabin has held various senior and director level roles across the industry including that of State Manager and Director of Real Estate Structured Finance and licensed representative in California for Macquarie Group.
With an extensive background across commercial and investment banking, private equity and real estate development, Jabin’s experience encompasses a range of functions leading the origination, structuring and deal execution of numerous capital positions including senior debt, mezzanine debt, equity and joint venture investments, including project acquisition and due diligence throughout Australia and the western USA.
With a focus on providing lateral and intelligent funding solutions, Jabin has a reputation for integrity and diligence with all clients and counterparties.
Actively involved in the property industry, Jabin is a former industry mentor with the Property Council of Australia.
